Beach Walk Residence II by Imtiaz

Beach Walk Residence II, which the developer also calls Beach Walk 2, is the second building in Imtiaz Developments' Beach Walk series on Dubai Islands and is now complete. It offers one and two bedroom apartments and a small number of three bedroom duplexes, with open layouts, generous balconies and, in selected homes, double-height ceilings. Interiors are furnished and finished by the developer. Amenity levels are set between the residential floors, and the roof is given over to a leisure deck where most of the shared facilities are found.

The roof holds an adults-only infinity pool, a sun deck, shaded lounges and landscaped gardens, with a family pool for everyone else. Residents also have a fully equipped gym, an outdoor yoga retreat, a clubhouse, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a children's zone, direct access to parks and extra visitor parking, all behind a grand entrance with a meet-and-greet lounge. The developer describes the concept as everyday resort living. From here it puts Dubai International Airport and Downtown Dubai at roughly 20 to 25 minutes by road, with the city's main landmarks a similar drive.

The developer's tracker shows every phase at 100%, with completion listed as Q2 2026, so buyers today are looking at a ready, handed-over home rather than an off-plan contract.
