Sunset Bay is the original building in Imtiaz Developments' Sunset Bay series and the closest to delivery: the developer reports 92% overall progress, with the structure complete and finishing works at 92%, against a stated handover of November 2026. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and a limited number of three-bedroom duplexes. One-bedroom homes start at roughly 950 sq ft and reach 1,270, two-bedroom homes span 1,350 up to 2,690 sq ft, and the duplexes fall between 2,090 and 2,370 sq ft. Terraces and balconies are generous throughout, and the elevations are angled to take in the coastline.

The roof is the social centre of the building, with a swimming pool and deck, planted gardens and seating with views over the shore. Elsewhere there are a clubhouse, gym, Jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, water lounges and sunken lounges, barbecue and dining areas, a table-tennis table, an outdoor yoga space and a children's playground. The beach is close by, and the developer puts Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and the airport at roughly 20 to 25 minutes by road.

The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% in instalments and 40% on completion. Because handover is only months away, the timing of any remaining instalments depends on the unit, so ask Wincasa for the current schedule before you reserve. Buyers reserve through Wincasa Properties, sign the sale agreement with Imtiaz Developments and pay into the developer's Dubai Land Department escrow account at the developer's list price, with no premium added by the broker.
