The Archive by Imtiaz

The Archive is a new Imtiaz Developments release in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), and its idea is unusual: a residential building organised around reading rather than around the view. The shared spaces include a library and reading corners alongside the more familiar adult and kids' pools, a gym, changing rooms, a floating cabana, sunken seating, a water feature, a mini-golf court, a children's playground and an outdoor cinema. Homes are furnished. The developer has not yet published unit types, sizes, prices, a payment plan or a completion date, and Wincasa will send those the day they are released.

Location is the practical case. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is at the entrance, Downtown Dubai a few minutes beyond it and the airport about twenty minutes away by the developer's estimate, while the region's largest library, Dubai's design district, the university campuses and the main office districts are all within a short drive. DLRC itself is a family-oriented district of Dubailand with schools, parks, retail and community facilities, and it is the area where Imtiaz Developments' Cove series is located.
