Westwood by Imtiaz

Westwood is one of the earlier Imtiaz Developments buildings to reach handover: the developer reports 100% completion and delivery in Q4 2023. It is a compact mid-rise, with a ground floor, a first floor and residential levels from the second to the tenth. The developer files the building under its Al Furjan community, a Nakheel-planned district with a network of footpaths, two community centres and a 40 km shared cycle route. Because the block is already occupied, buyers can walk through finished apartments rather than judge renders, and check light, layouts and finishes for themselves.

Every apartment was handed over fully furnished. The developer's specification lists contemporary furniture, kitchens with appliances, built-in wardrobes and finished surfaces throughout, so a unit can be let or lived in from the day the keys change hands. The choice is between studios and one-bedroom apartments, both planned on tight, efficient footprints suited to single professionals, couples and landlords who want a mid-market furnished rental. Shared facilities cover a swimming pool, an equipped gym, a clubhouse, landscaped sitting areas, direct access to the surrounding parks and allocated parking, all inside a secured building.

As a completed development, Westwood no longer sells on a construction-linked payment plan. Any remaining developer units and owner resales are priced on request and depend on what is listed at the time. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of Imtiaz Developments, handles resale and rental enquiries for the building: we confirm current listings, arrange viewings and guide the paperwork. Where the seller is the developer, the buyer contracts directly with Imtiaz Developments and pays into its escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules; for owner resales, the transfer is registered with the Land Department in the usual way.
