Westwood Grande is a fourteen-storey residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle, the Nakheel master community bounded by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on one side and Al Khail Road on the other. Imtiaz Developments reports the project at 100% and handed over in Q4 2024, so it now trades as a ready building rather than an off-plan launch. The apartment mix is deliberately narrow: studios and one-bedroom units on practical plans, with built-in wardrobes and modern finishes, aimed at young professionals, couples and landlords who want a furnished unit in an established district. Roads out of JVC run towards Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and the international airport.

Each apartment was handed over fully furnished, with contemporary furniture, kitchen fittings and wardrobes already in place. The building carries the facilities a mid-market tenant expects: a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a landscaped garden, a barbecue area, a children's play area, covered resident and visitor parking, and round-the-clock security backed by CCTV.
