Wynwood by Imtiaz

Wynwood is an Imtiaz Developments building on the Dubai Islands shoreline, part of the five-island masterplan that the Infinity Bridge ties back to the mainland. The address trades on contrast: a low-key waterfront setting on one side, and DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport roughly fifteen to twenty minutes away by car on the other. Apartments come in one-, two- and three-bedroom plans, with a small number of duplex homes that add wide terraces and private rooftop space. Every home is sold fully furnished, and the developer's fit-out specification calls for tall ceilings, expansive glazing and finishes that pair natural materials with a contemporary palette.

The shared spaces are spread across a multi-level landscaped podium and the roof. The roof carries an infinity pool and a sundeck; the rest of the list runs to an open-air yoga terrace, a jacuzzi, a clubhouse, an equipped gym, a planted central courtyard, a children's splash pool, barbecue areas and landscaped walkways. Two design touches stand out in the developer's material: floating dining pods and an architectural staircase, with an amenity listed as the Whisper Steps. Practical items include reserved VIP parking and EV charging points.

Wynwood is under construction. At the time of writing the developer reports overall progress of 19%, with the sub-structure at 98% and the superstructure at 56%, against a stated completion of Q3 2027. The developer's payment plan asks for 20% at booking, instalments through the build and 40% on completion. Buyers reserve through Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of Imtiaz Developments, at the developer's list prices; the sale contract is with Imtiaz Developments and every instalment goes to the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules.
