Beach Walk Grand by Imtiaz

Beach Walk Grand is the first of Imtiaz Developments' Grand buildings on Dubai Islands: a tower of ground floor, two podium parking levels, twelve residential floors and a rooftop. The developer lists 54 one bedroom homes (850 to 1,252 sq ft), the same number of two bedroom homes (1,000 to 1,588 sq ft) and four three bedroom penthouses (3,600 to 3,900 sq ft) with their own terraces. Every home is delivered furnished, with custom furniture, fitted kitchens from European brands and a smart home system already installed.

The landscaped podium deck on level two is the social centre of the building, where the infinity pool, clubhouse and lounge areas sit; the developer also lists four crystal lagoons, a jacuzzi, a zen garden and green promenades. On the roof there is an adults-only infinity pool with a lounge and garden, while the family pool, gym, outdoor yoga retreat, barbecue area and children's play zone cover everyday use. Arrival is through a grand entrance with a meet-and-greet lounge, and extra visitor parking is provided. The developer quotes Infinity Bridge and Waterfront Market at five minutes, Dubai International Airport at about 12 and Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall at 24.

Handover is close. The developer's progress tracker shows the structure finished, MEP at 42% and finishing works at 68%, for 69% overall, against an estimated completion of Q4 2026 (November 2026 in the FAQ). The plan was set at 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and 40% on completion; buyers coming in now should ask Wincasa how the remaining instalments fall.
